Whenever I tour around the country, I have been referred to get a deal with “J Dub.” Its unfortunate that as my career gets bigger and people turn to what has been a household name for Jewish talent on large level of distribution, we come closer to the place where record labels become non-existent. As partnering with Shemspeed on various tasks from Publicity to booking and Record release, an organically built relationship came form working with them side by side through the good times and bad times of my daily life (most days are good). Not only has Shemspeed taught me manners and common conduct as an artist both in and outside the jewish community, but embraced me for who I am as a human, soul, and individual. DIY style has always been my grind and as we see a proud label that I might have worked with one day, I am proud to know that self sufficency in the music business will save me from any trouble of not having a career in music. Hence I am forever grateful for everyone’s suport of me, and I look forwrd to continue building a great relationship as the Team Kosha entity grows alongside Shemspeed as the most cutting edge Jewish representation to pop culture via film, music, events, and tours.

Let us all do our part in furthering the message that we have an outlet to put it out (the music and movement) and let people in, if we are willing to dig deep within ourselves.

hey guys its me.. i think this is a classic picture take by Natty Night. My self and Homeboy sandman just rocked last night at the legendary project blowed with Verbs of swimteam om los angeles, and I just found this picture tagged on me.
i think its a memory because we will look back to a moment in NYC that changed it all and here it was. People you see together here dont always get together, but this night we were at SOBs. June 1st. Congratulations to Hip Hop.

On another note, you know I battle. ANd I love it. and hate it.

June 21st at bowery ballroom there isa huge party A huge celebration.
Redbull is doing the EMsee battle. We see objects we battle rappers and most importantly its judged by Eminem, Just Blaze, Alchemist. If we win we get $1000 and a trip to detroit.

its also the day before Eminems al um release, so expect to really see him there and he’ll be with slaughterhouse (joe budden, joel ortiz, Royce Da 5′ 9, and Crooked I)

hey guys..though I had so much fun in the city yesterday It made me wanan dance and rap. With that being said, the other week I rapped with adancer. Not a back up dance. an actual tap dancer. so check me and Flex out, rapping with a tap dancer. Y Love has done this before, but Im not sure if punk rock knows how to dance in doc martins!! haha.

hello everyone..i hope you reead my raves and rant…i shall hit the road fora tour today and things may be bumpy. Atlanta will be A3C…a festival i was accepted into and have a great time slot to rock.
11pm @ the 529 URB showcase!

now after that i ht london…i shall be ont our with Rza and then matisyahu. Although there are rumors that the Rza tour might not jump, it proves to show you that no matter how much you promote and have ducks ina row, a man of respect and stature will not budge unless the business is right! I love it. For me..
i am a hustler, and i look forward to being thrown in the European jungle and giving you multi daily updates as I bumrush cafes rap on street corners, rock with thousands, and manage to get great expensive coffees from all around the world.

next stop A3C!! atlanta!

yes yes yes. Matisyahu is back baby. He gotta massive tour coming to you this fall in support of his amazing new release Light.

You will definitley catch me on the Europe tour dates.

And for all my jersey boys…we will be at Atlantic City for sure…the Borgata! haha. I havent been there since I turned 22 i think.

this past week was crazy..from sawing off legs in videos of black skeptik to stage diving to more…you will all begin to see the ultimate blogging of my current tour…FUN IN THE SUN…but the week before had me suprisingly rock infront of 7,000 plus people in two days…and there is still more to come!

this past week!! record deal–The FINAL ROUND!

i did this in deleware with the homies the 49ers for some compilation in Canada or japan. I swore i didnt rhyme on it but I really love it..its a weird verse but I realized that the song is so catchy…its all good..when you win someone over…you win them over.
See in Rap..crowd control, you can really gain the crowd over..if you are “they”…and THEY DONT KNOW!
I won the hot 97 battle this past week and blazed multiple emcees…and realized I won the crowd over…i could’ve said kat in the hat..yep..i couldve said that in the last round and won
check it out…i want you to see whats happening to hip hop today in the finals of this battle….how people are re-idiot-erating the lines of other rappers and basically not even knowing who duck down is… !! I hope you spread the word. Whackness must be stopped..and good music must prevail…Im looking forward to hitting the studio with Buckshot and seeing what we cook up.

So for all you super duper lovers out there in the mean streets of williamsburg BK…I present to you with famed NYC concert presenter Peter Oasis, one of the premier showdates on my Rapperfriends tour. Rapperfriends consist of myself and Flex Mathews “the handsome grandson,” and will continue to expand through out the USA as the first company with teaches publicity, tour managing/booking and artist development into their own. In other words, we teach you how to, and let you become part of…RAPPERFRIENDS. The goal of the company is to ennable bands to become “userfriendly” in the day of DIY, and earn the right of passage through friendship!

ps. this is the first time i have describe RAPPERFRIENDS, and under no circumstances can anyone take my idea:)!!
